UEMS has been supporting to increase access to safe drinking water through the construction and rehabilitation of traditional water schemes or construction of new water supply systems and water points along with implementation of water safety plans. This FY 9,032 people have benefitted from the construction and rehabilitation of water points and 8,982 people have been benefited from sanitation while 9,955 from hygiene promotion sessions.
