The Urban Environment Management Society (UEMS) Lalitpur, Nepal invites sealed bids from registered contractors for the Building Construction Works in Khokana, Lalitpur

Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of UEMS, Lalitpur, Nepal.

Bidding documents may be reserved from the above office by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application addressing the office.

Bids must be submitted after duly filling all required, to the above office of UEMS on or before 3:00PM on November 01, 2021. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

Bids thus submitted must be valid for a period of 60 days after bid opening.

Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 3:30 PM on the same day, i.e., November 01, 2021.

If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a public holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.

Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid.

The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
