Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Cultural Programme on Cholera Awareness Campaign

Urban Environment Management Society (UEMS) Lalitpur, Nepal invites sealed quotation from qualified firm/company/organization registered in Nepal for performing Cultural Programme focused to raising awareness on importance of safe drinking water and prevention of cholera and other waterborne diseases such as diarrhoea etc. and promotion of  hand hygiene (hand-washing practice with soap at critical times) in communities under the ongoing project “Achieving Resilient and Safe Water Communities in urban and peri urban areas of Lalitpur district”. Interested firm/company/organization shall preferably visit UEMS office or request Terms of Reference (ToR) for the programme by email at uemsnepal@gmail.com

Bidders should submit registration certificate, VAT certificate and tax clearance certificate along with the sealed quotation by 17:00 hrs local time on or before 15 August 2022 at UEMS Office, Santhu Ganesh, Lalitpur. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

UEMS reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
